What if I'm a total beginner?

Perfect! BFF is designed to be approachable for all fitness levels. The workouts are short, effective, and can be modified to fit your needs - no experience required.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

No gym membership necessary. All of our workouts can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. If you have a set of light dumbbells, you're good to go!

What if I don't have a lot of time?

That's exactly why BFF exists! The workouts are just 15 minutes, and everything is designed to fit int a busy life. No more "I don't have time" excuses - this is fitness that actually works for you.

What does a week-in-the-life of BFF look like?

  • Monday - Shoulders

  • Tuesday - Back & Biceps

  • Wednesday - Legs & Glutes

  • Thursday - Chest & Triceps

  • Friday - Flashback Friday (either aerobics or booty focused)
