No gym membership necessary. All of our workouts can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. If you have a set of light dumbbells, you're good to go!

Wednesday - Legs & Glutes
Thursday - Chest & Triceps
Friday - Flashback Friday (either aerobics or booty focused)
We rotate between 5 weekly themes:
Light, Heavy, No Repeat, Tabata & Re-Core
