This program is not for those looking for quick weight loss. This program is about building healthy habits that will help you reach your health and fitness goals sustainably. If you have a goal of weight loss, this program can help you reach those goals if you follow through with the habits and commit to the long game.
No. This program is the perfect companion to the BFF membership, but it is not required. In this program you will start making daily movement a habit. This can be any form of movement, not just the daily 15 minute workouts inside of the BFF membership.
This program is designed to complete 1 week at a time. Each week builds on the week prior. It is recommended that you take the entire 8 weeks to complete this program. But trust me, it's so worth it!
