Join Bloom Flourish Fitness for 4 weeks of fiery fitness fun. Over these 4 weeks you will complete 15-minute workouts 5 times per week, drink your daily water, get your steps in, and engage in our uplifting community. The participant who brings the most heat will win a free pair of dumbbells (one level up from their heaviest pair). The challenge begins on Monday May 4 and runs through Sunday May 31.
