When we commit to something - especially when we’re excited about it, it’s easy to go all in with an all-or-nothing mindset. But here’s the thing - going ‘all in’ doesn’t mean burning yourself out or setting impossible expectations. It means showing up with intention, consistency, and a sustainable approach. So today, we’re going to break down exactly how you can go 'all in' on feeling good without going completely overboard.

What Does it Mean to Go All In?

Going all in isn’t about perfection - it’s about commitment. It means showing up every day with the best you have to give that day. Some days. That’s 100%. Other days, it might be 60%, and that’s okay! Small, consistent actions always beat big, unsustainable ones. 

Signs You’re Going Overboard

How do you know if you’re pushing it too hard? Here are some red flags: 

  • 🚩You’re already feeling stressed just thinking about everything you have to do.

  • 🚩You’re sacrificing sleep, recovery, or self-care. 

  • 🚩You’re setting rigid, all-or-nothing rules instead of flexible, sustainable habits. 

  • 🚩You feel guilt or frustration when you don’t do it perfectly. 

Try adopting this mindset: “I get to show up and do my best today, and that’s enough!”

The Feel-Good Formula for Going All In

    Stick to 1 habit at a time. For example: The Daily 15 minute workouts 5 days per week.

    Make sure you’re listening to your body. Progress isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about consistency over time.
