Get Your Summer Body Ready

Memorial day marked the unofficial start of summer. Depending on where you are, school is either out or you have another month left. Today, we’re gonna talk all about how to get your summer body ready. And if you know me well enough, you should know that it’s not what you think.
We focus so much on the size of our body, and whether or not it is "bikini ready." But I am here to remind you that:
Every Body is a Bikini Body
With that in mind, I'm going to share 6 ways that you can get your already bikini ready body, even more prepared for the summer season.
6 Tips to Get Your Summer Body Ready
-
🍉Wear Sunscreen
Remember when we were kids and our parents always made sure we had sunscreen on? Well now we're adults, and we are our own responsibility. Sunburn is not sexy, it's painful. Make sure you are lathering up before you hit the great outdoors. And if you need a fun daily reminder to wear sunscreen, listen to one of my favorite songs.

🍉Be a hydrated hottie
What's a hydrated hottie? She's someone who knows the importance of hydration. Her emotional support water bottle is never too far away. During the sweaty summer months, hydrating is extra important. Feel free to have fun with electrolytes as well.
-
🍉Invest in full body deodorant
Deodorant is no longer just for the pits my friends. Want to feel nice and fresh all day long? Get yourself some full body deodorant and get under the boobs, in between your sexy rolls, and in between the thighs.
-
🍉Wear a hat and or sunglasses
There is nothing worse than a sun headache. It's crazy how much of a difference it makes when you're protecting your head, eyes and face from the strong summer sun.
-
🍉Wear the dang shorts and tank tops (it’s too hot out there!)
Now, if you're wearing light-weight UV proof long sleeve and long leg clothing, that is the exception. But if you're hiding in long, thick, cotton because you're afraid to show some skin...this is your opportunity to break free and choose comfort. (It's not your job to make others comfortable, but it is your duty to make yourself as comfortable as possible for you!)

🍉Continue to do the things that make you feel good
It's easy to loosen up completely on your feel-good habits during the summer months. But trust me, summer will be so much more enjoyable when you are taking care of yourself first.
