A life well lived > being fitness obsessed

15 minute workouts because I want to be fit without making fitness my entire personality.

I want to make a home cooked meal for my family with full fat milk and butter. I want to make warm biscuits and soft freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

I want to go on nature strolls with my son, not hot girl walks for the sake of steps.

I want the energy and strength to lift my child. I want the stamina to chase him around. I want the endorphins that help me feel alive.

I want the confidence that comes from carving out time for myself. The kind of confidence that shrinks when you start obsessing over your gravitational pull and how it looks to other people.

15 minute workouts because fitness is an essential part of my life, but it is not the entire point.

I don’t want my life to be boiled down to calories burned, steps walked, sleep scores, macros hit, bio-hacks and “clean” alternatives.

I don’t want a micro-managed life for the sake of societies ideal body type.

Yes I value health. But I value lived life over stats and equations.

Bloom Flourish Fitness is your reliable bestie who shows up for her workouts daily. But after her workout? You can find her making pancakes, building blanket forts, eating popcorn during the movie, not stressing over the broken nights of sleep, and showcasing to her children that a body is not an ornament to look at. It’s a tool that allows you to live a life that you love.
